• Color Discrepancy: Please note that while we make every effort to photograph our items accurately, colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor or screen settings.

• Natural Gemstone & Raw Stone Variations: Because we use natural, raw, and unpolished stones in our designs, each piece is entirely unique. Natural stones often feature organic inclusions, internal fractures, surface variations, and slight irregularities. These are not flaws, but rather the beautiful, authentic characteristics of genuine gemstones.

• Metal Tarnishing & Care: Our jewelry is handmade using natural metals. Over time, exposure to air, moisture, perfumes, and body oils can cause raw, plated, or sterling metals to oxidize and tarnish. To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend storing your jewelry in a cool, dry place and polishing it gently with a soft cloth.
